Cleanliness

Bed to small, room to small, complimentary breakfast was horrible. They kept the muffins and fruit behind the counter and you had to ask them for it. No type of juices. Horrible

The location was great. The housekeepers really kept the rooms and hallways clean. The caretakers for the outside kept it looking nice.

Inside of the hotel always smell like marijuana. I had a nonsmoking room but it smelled just like cigarettes. Every time I left it seem like I had to get my card reactivated to get into my room it was so frustrating because I would have to walk all the way around to the front lobby to get in. Often times I would have bags in my hand.

The staff were able to find me a sanitary napkin, the hotel itself does not carry feminine products.

The double size bed was a bit too hollow feeling. I felt too much spring and not enough mattress. :( The free breakfast was underwhelming, not much was left by 9am.

requested smoke free room, was assigned a smoking room. charged 10 dollars to upgrade for smoke free room.

That the hotel let me cancel my stay and issued a refund for me.

Hotel wreaks of cigarettes and marijuana though the room I was staying in was supposed to be 'non-smoking'. Smell kept coming on strong all night, then in the morning, started up again. Incredible headache, packed and checked out right away! Also, other guests who stayed at this hotel looked quite shady in all the wrong ways.

The location is quite convenient and around 1.5miles there are lots of good Japanese food.

The room is ok size, but the bed is so small and not so clearance on the beddings and flour.

The room was clean

There was an issue with the fridge leaking when we checked in. Staff never followed up with complaint. Also there was an issue with the sink. Came back into our room and the sink looked like it over filled and and black particles in it

The manager Rick or Ricky I have provided my address to him in regards to a certificate and I yet haven't got an email , call or even the certificate

TV did not work and the shower dripped all the time we was there. The problems was reported but was never taken care of.

Washers and dryers onsite and they have change at the front desk.

Not much.Room size was ok.

There was no service to the rooms.They never showed up to even change towels. Toewels you had to get them from reception,even a toilet papeer ,one at time. Breakfast was ridicoulous:granola bar ,few apples ,muffins and orange.The receptionist was counting how many of each you´re taking. She even called my attention .

Nothing, do not recommend

The staff sold my room, I arrive mid night, the staff did not checked me in until 2 am in the morning. The bed room is dirty, no drink or even vending machine around. The worst hotel I ever stay in my whole life.

I had a reservation for a smoking room I called to confuse my reservations prior to my arrivle I was told that everything was fine but to my surprise when I arrive I was told that my room was no longer available and was giving another room I was very disappointed

The staff! They were very kind,nice, courteous and accommodative!

Dirty and smelling bedding. Broken and loosen door knobs, faucets, cabinets etc.
